How to edit a video: trim, zoom and pan
A raw screen recording is unwatchable on a phone. The text is tiny. You need a zoom on the thing you are talking about, and that used to mean opening a real editor. Click Edit on any video and you get the unified video editor: trim, zoom and pan moves on a timeline, click ripples, hold durations and a cover frame picker.

Good to know
Zoom and pan is the standard tool for screen recordings. Use it on whatever you are pointing at in the caption. Forgefy seeds the first frame before recording starts, so exports do not open on black. Every rendered file is probed before upload for audio drift, dropped frames and wrong ratio. A defective render fails loudly instead of quietly publishing a stuttering clip.
Can I cut out a middle section?
Not in one clip. Trim to the part you want, or use the Video clips tab in the Create workspace to pull several highlights out of a long recording.
Why is my export slightly longer than the original?
Rebuilt video is padded to a constant frame rate and trimmed to the intended duration. If you see a real mismatch, that is a bug, and the defect probe should have caught it.
