How to write and adapt captions with AI

Most AI caption tools give you the same LinkedIn-flavoured sludge for every platform. And when you ask for one small change, they hand you a brand new post you did not want. Forgefy writes from your project context: your notes, your voice samples, your recent updates and your published articles. It adapts per platform, and it treats your edit instruction as a literal instruction.

Step 1: Open the AI panel in Create Post. Suggestion chips appear as soon as it opens.

To change something, type the instruction in plain words. "Make the opening blunter" changes the opening. "Rewrite this shorter" rewrites the whole thing.

Good to know

Your instruction is law. Forgefy does not soften it, reinterpret it, or apply a house style over the top of it. No hashtags on X or LinkedIn. That is a deliberate rule, not an oversight. No em-dashes, and no neat conclusion paragraph. The output is meant to read like a person typing, not a press release. Output always follows your project language, even if you write the instruction in another language. Adaptation between platforms is conservative. It changes format and length, not your argument.

Why did the AI only change one sentence?

Because your instruction was scoped to one thing. Ask for a rewrite explicitly if you want the whole post redone.

Where does it get facts from?

Only from what you gave it: context notes, business updates, voice samples, articles and the post itself. It is not allowed to invent anecdotes or numbers.
