Connecting Stripe or Plug&Pay
Building in public with revenue numbers means either screenshotting a dashboard every week or typing figures into a design tool by hand. Both are tedious enough that you stop doing it. Connect your provider once and your revenue is available everywhere in Forgefy: the dashboard, milestone detection, recap posts and visual templates that fill themselves in.

Good to know
The full history is backfilled on first connect, so your chart is not empty for the first month. History is only marked as synced when the whole pass succeeds. A partial sync will not silently leave you with a dip in your numbers. Multiple currencies are normalised to one before anything is displayed or posted. Cancellations are filtered out of the milestone feed, so a refund does not get announced as good news.
Can I connect both providers?
Not at the same time on one project. They are mutually exclusive to keep the numbers unambiguous.
Is my revenue public?
No. Nothing is published unless you create and schedule a post yourself.
