Inviting someone else in
Adding a collaborator to most tools means finding their exact account email, typing it wrong, and then explaining over chat why they cannot get in. Invite links are self-serve. You create a link, send it however you like, and whoever opens it joins without you touching their account details.
Step 1: Open the invite panel in Settings.

Good to know
Links can be revoked at any time, which also stops anyone who has not used it yet. Roles are enforced on the server, not in the browser, so access cannot be faked from the client side.
Can I give someone access to one project only?
Access is granted at the workspace level. Keep genuinely separate work in a separate workspace.
