Running five projects without five tabs and five tools
Most tools were built for one brand. Running five means five accounts, five logins, five subscriptions, and a browser full of tabs where you eventually post the wrong thing to the wrong audience. Good to know
Batches count as one item in the year view, so a five-platform fan-out does not inflate your numbers into a lie. Media, drafts and pump sessions are stored per project, so a half-finished session in one project survives a switch to another. Publishing failures pause per platform per project, not globally.
Can I copy content between projects?
Deliberately not, by default. Cross-posting the same text to different audiences is the habit this tool exists to break.
Do team members see all projects?
Access is per workspace. Invites are managed from the account settings.
